Hospitality
Hospitality volunteers greet patrons at the door, and help collect donations for our hospitality snacks (and sales of soda and bottled water). Volunteers will automatically receive a Comp ticket for a performance they sign up for - please let us know in the signup notes if you do not need tickets for one or more dates you are working!
Requirements: This position involves arriving 60 minutes before the show begins (7-7:15p for Fri/Sat evening shows that begin at 8, 1-1:15p for Sunday matinees that begin at 2), and staying until 15 minutes after the performance is over, to cover the Hospitality table at intermission and after-show.
Box Office - Primary Ludus-Trained
Box Office Volunteer (Primary) --- The Primary Box Office volunteer will check-in patrons who have pre-ordered tickets (if there is no Assistant, or if there is a long line forming), process payments or walk-in purchases, and coordinate with the Stage Manager to see patrons with accessibility seating reach their reserved seat(s). If there is an Assistant volunteer for Box Office, the trained volunteer will also run the Assistant through Ludus as time permits. Volunteers will automatically receive a Comp ticket for a performance they sign up for - please let us know in the signup notes if you do not need tickets for one or more dates you are working!
