VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We always need help to run the box office and assist with Hospitality. Volunteers receive our eternal gratitude and a comp ticket to the production for which you have volunteered. It can be difficult to fill volunteer slots on very short notice, so please only sign up for slots you are certain you can be available for. If something unforeseen should come up, let us know as soon as possible so we can make other arrangements. Volunteer signup for the current/upcoming show is below:
Box Office and Hospitality Volunteers - Priscilla Queen of the Desert
Thank you for signing up as a box office or hospitality volunteer! This position involves arriving 45-60 (depending on role) minutes before the show begins.
- Box Office volunteers will check-in patrons who have pre-ordered tickets, process payments or walk-in purchases, and coordinate with the Stage Manager to see patrons with accessibility seating reach their reserved seat(s).
- Hospitality volunteers greet patrons at the door, and help collect donations for our hospitality snacks (and sales of soda and bottled water). Additional instructions will be provided at the theater on the day of performance.
